Business Intelligence Solution Design
- Design and develop scalable & sustainable business intelligence solutions to meet evolving business requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, identify opportunities, and develop tailored solutions
- Ensure solutions align with organizational goals, objectives, and strategic initiatives
Data Visualization and Reporting
- Design and develop intuitive and interactive data visualizations & reports to support informed decision-making
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements, identify key performance indicators, and develop solutions
- Ensure data visualizations and reports are accurate, dependable & meet business needs, with a focus on data quality and integrity
BI Solution Maintenance and Support
- Maintain and support existing BI solutions, ensuring they continue to meet business needs & adapt to changing requirements
- Troubleshoot issues and resolve problems in a timely & effective manner, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity
- Collaborate with the IT Team to ensure BI solutions align with organizational IT strategies, architecture, and security standards
Data Analysis and Insights
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decision-making & drive growth
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business questions, develop data-driven solutions, and identify opportunities for process improvement
- Present findings and insights to stakeholders, providing actionable recommendations for business improvement & strategic initiatives
Process Improvement and Knowledge Sharing
- Identify areas for process improvement, proposing changes to BI processes and procedures to increase efficiency & effectiveness
- Share knowledge and expertise with junior team members, mentoring & guiding them on BI best practices, tools, and technologies
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, applying knowledge to improve BI processes, solutions & services
