About This Role
Role Purpose
To oversee all aspects of Bids and Proposals are effectively managed to submit to the customer a compliant solution, which entails SAMI-AEC to win more Business.
Act as an interface between different departments such as Sales, Business Development, Technical, Legal, PMO, Marketing, and Pricing to produce a winning Bid and submit to the customer, minimizing risks associated with the project.
Roles & Responsibilities
- :
- Assist in Bid/No Bid decisions and facilitate kick-off meetings.
- Prepare commercial proposals in close coordination with Finance.
- Review commercial aspects of the bid to ensure all services and risks are included.
- Track fulfillment of requirements through compliance and responsibility matrices.
- Coordinate with Account Managers to buy tenders.
- Ensure the entire bid process, timely and accurate delivery.
- Lead the Bid Approval and Sign-Off process with senior management, including C-level suite.
- Coordinate collaboration and integration of RFP responses across various internal departments.
- Manage critical compliance and responsibility matrices
- Conduct regular proposal progress status meetings and maintain the proposal schedule.
- Identify and address potential risks and challenges.
- Develop and implement proposal strategies and best practices.
- Mentor and coach bids team members.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve proposal processes and outcomes.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Management Information Systems or related field.
