  • Working knowledge of IATF 16949, APQP/change control, machine/HV safety, and traceability requirements.
  • EV Powertrain equipment experience preferred.

Skills and technical expertise

  • Deep PLC expertise across at least two of Siemens TIA Portal and Rockwell Studio 5000.
  • SCADA and historian experience; Ignition is preferred.
  • MES integration, OT cybersecurity, machine vision, and robotics integration experience.
  • Analytical troubleshooting, risk-based decision making, controlled documentation, and data literacy.
  • Cross-functional influence, supplier coordination, coaching, competency assessment, and knowledge transfer.

Safety and work environment

  • Work spans Powertrain assembly equipment at a greenfield manufacturing facility.
  • Follow HV LOTO, HVIL, PPE, machine safety, stored-energy isolation, electrical safe-work, and applicable functional-safety requirements.
  • Support HV emergency response, including thermal-runaway isolation and battery incident procedures.

Benefits

  • Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance; life and disability coverage; paid time off, holidays, and sick leave; and a 401(k) plan.
