Responsibilities
- In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end process of contract management, ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete, and properly archived. You will support the sales and IBM teams by handling day-to-day contract administration tasks and responding to client inquiries for international accounts. Your responsibilities include monitoring contract status, processing amendments or cancellations, and assisting with special projects related to customer lifecycle and mergers & acquisitions. You will also coordinate with internal departments to maintain up-to-date contract and customer data, ensuring compliance with internal standards and safeguarding revenue objectives. Maintaining strong client relationships and providing timely support are essential aspects of this position.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in contract management or legal operations.
- Strong knowledge of contract law principles and commercial agreements.
- Proven experience managing high-volume, deadline-driven environments.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with CLM platforms (preferably Conga).
- Preferred
- Experience working closely with in-house Legal teams.
- E xperience with contract negotiation.
- Experience in the data center industry.
- Experience in a global or multi-regional organization.
- Advanced degree (e.g., JD, MBA) is a plus.
- Experience with a Big Four firm is considered an advantage.
