Responsibilities
- Analyze customer business and technical requirements
- Design end to end automation and digital architectures integrating OT and IT systems
- Develop solution blueprints, system architectures, functional specifications, and technical documentation
- Define cybersecurity, networking, cloud, and on premises deployment architectures
- Configure, customize, and deploy software applications
- Develop use cases, workflows, dashboards, reports, and business processes
- Perform software testing, validation, commissioning, and troubleshooting
- Integrate SCADA, DMS/ADMS, EMS, APM, EAM, GIS, IoT, ERP, CMMS, cloud, and analytics platforms
- Conduct workshops, demonstrations, POCs, and technical presentations
- Support proposal preparation and bid responses
- Design predictive maintenance, AI, machine learning, analytics, and digital twin solutions
- Support FAT, SAT, deployment, training, and customer acceptance activities
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or any relevant field
- 6 to 10 years of work experience
- Experience in production testing, power system modeling, power system planning, data center production environment planning, systems engineering knowledge

Job Purpose
- Responsible for designing and delivering integrated industrial automation and enterprise software solutions that bridge operational technology (OT) and information technology (IT).
- Ensures scalable, reliable, and secure digital architectures that meet customer requirements and enhance operational efficiency, asset performance, and business outcomes across utilities, energy, water, infrastructure, and industrial sectors.
Key Accountability Areas
- Solution Architecture & Design: Analyze customer business and technical requirements; design end to end automation and digital architectures integrating OT and IT systems; develop solution blueprints, system architectures, functional specifications, and technical documentation; define cybersecurity,
- Application Engineering: Configure, customize, and deploy software applications; develop use cases, workflows, dashboards, reports, and business processes; perform software testing, validation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
- Enterprise Software Integration: Integrate SCADA, DMS/ADMS, EMS, APM, EAM, GIS, IoT, ERP, CMMS, cloud, and analytics platforms.
- Customer Engagement: Conduct workshops, demonstrations, POCs, and technical presentations; support proposal preparation and bid responses.
- Digital Transformation & Analytics: Design predictive maintenance, AI, machine learning, analytics, and digital twin solutions.
- Project Delivery: Support FAT, SAT, deployment, training, and customer acceptance activities.
Academic Qualification and Work Experience
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or Any relevant field.
- Work Experience: 6 to 10 Years.
- Technical / Functional Competencies: Production Testing, Power System Modeling, Power System Planning, Data Center Production Environment Planning, Systems Engineering Knowledge.
