Responsibilities
- Analyze sales data and recommend process improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance operational efficiency.
- Prepare detailed reports for management review.
- Handle complex customer inquiries and provide solutions.
- Mentor junior analysts and guide their professional growth.
- Identify growth opportunities, remove operational bottlenecks and support data-driven decisions.
Minimum qualifications
- At least 3 years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience and skills
- 3–5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations or analytics roles in commercial environments is listed as core experience.
- Experience supporting sales or account management teams with data and insights is listed as core experience.
- Exposure to pipeline management, forecasting and performance tracking is listed as core experience.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong SQL capability are specified.
- Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau or Power BI is specified.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce is specified.
- Problem-solving, metric definition, trend analysis, data storytelling and cross-functional collaboration are emphasized.
