Accountabilities
Lead route-to-market financial oversight by collaborating and influencing supply and fulfillment teams’ ongoing operating strategies
Use network modeling tools to assess lowest landed variable COGS with considerations of demand trends, inventory strategies, logistics, and manufacturing costs
Volume planning executions including order trends with supply capacity considerations to target lowest variable costs
Key Metrics & Financial Targets
Supply Chain optimization and Cost Savings initiatives
Provide financial insights to functional stakeholders and US Finance teams
Forecasting support and network modeling views
Own
Modernization of network modeling tools; monthly review of outputs
Volume reporting including production, order trends and
Influence
Supply chain sourcing
Strategic Initiatives
Critical Relationships
Supply Planning, Demand Forecasting, Logistics, and Contract Manufacturing

Skills Needed To Be Successful
- Finance/Accounting background with at least 3 years experience
- Agile focus with willingness to engage on wide breadth of Business requirements & challenge status quo
- Ability to work cross-functionally, providing meaningful insights to a diverse audience of peers & team stakeholders
Compensation
- Compensation offered to prospective Team Members has taken internal equity into consideration and can vary depending on a positions’ location. The final agreed upon wage may vary based on the job-related knowledge, skills, and experience of the individual.
- Competitive annual salary $88,000 - $107,000 in Chicago, IL
