The Senior Analyst will support service quality in the Etisalat Technology Department.
The role focuses on process validation, continuous improvement, deviation management, and operational performance.
Responsibilities
- Validate process performance dashboards and conduct internal audits.
- Develop cross-functional policies, processes, procedures, and guidelines.
- Manage process deviations and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct stakeholder awareness sessions on new policies and processes.
- Agree on SLAs and KPIs with stakeholders.
- Prepare monthly performance reports and propose actions based on metrics.
- Audit adherence to quality management system procedures.
- Monitor improvement projects, address process gaps, and maintain a lessons-learned library.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- At least three years of related experience in Quality Management, Performance Management, Internal Auditing, Operational Governance, or Continuous Improvement.
