Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data management, Data Governance, or a related field.
  • Experience developing dashboards, analytical models, metrics, and reporting solutions using tools such as Power BI or equivalent business intelligence platforms.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and experience with analytical or programming tools such as Python or R.
  • Strong understanding of Data Governance concepts, including data ownership and stewardship, metadata management, lineage, data quality, privacy, controls, and risk management.
  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations and recognized security or risk frameworks, as well as responsible AI principles and governance requirements for AI use cases.
  • Experience with data catalogs, metadata platforms, data quality tools, or related data management technologies.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to translate complex data and governance topics into clear business insights and actions.
  • Strong problem-solving and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced, global environment.

  • The expected salary for this position, at commencement of employment, is between $94,000 and $112,625/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes annual bonus. The benefits offered for this position are: medical, dental, and vision coverage, life insurance, 401(k) eligibility, and paid time off (including vacation, sick leave time, and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if a candidate receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
