Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement plans and strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Identify target markets and potential customers to generate sales opportunities.
- Achieve his performance targets.
- Prepare and analyze regular sales and performance reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities and recommend improvements accordingly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Open New accounts and maintain the relationship with the project owner of the opened accounts ( preferred Banking Sector & commercial Sector, insurance sector )
Required Qualifications
- **Education:**
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field. ( IT )
- **Experience:**
- Minimum 3–4years of Deep experience in sales ( IT ) .
Skills
- He Have a Strong and motivational skills.
- Analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office tools.
- English fluency (written and spoken) is a plus.

Working Conditions
- Full-time position.
