Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement plans and strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Identify target markets and potential customers to generate sales opportunities.
  • Achieve his performance targets.
  • Prepare and analyze regular sales and performance reports to support strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities and recommend improvements accordingly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Open New accounts and maintain the relationship with the project owner of the opened accounts ( preferred Banking Sector & commercial Sector, insurance sector )

Required Qualifications

  • **Education:**
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field. ( IT )
  • **Experience:**
  • Minimum 3–4years of Deep experience in sales ( IT ) .

Skills

  • He Have a Strong and motivational skills.
  • Analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office tools.
  • English fluency (written and spoken) is a plus.

Working Conditions
