We are seeking experienced Spray Painters with strong expertise in wood and metal surface finishing, particularly in furniture and fabrication works.
The ideal candidate should have excellent attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality finishing standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform spray painting on wood and metal surfaces, including furniture, doors, panels, and fabricated items.
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, filling, and masking before painting.
- Mix paints, primers, and coatings according to required specifications and color matching.
- Apply smooth, even coatings ensuring high-quality finishing and durability.
- Inspect finished work to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Maintain spray guns, tools, and painting equipment in proper working condition.
- Follow safety procedures, including proper handling of chemicals and use of PPE.
- Coordinate with production and site teams to complete tasks within deadlines.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in spray painting, especially in wood and metal finishing.
- Strong experience in furniture finishing and fabrication works preferred.
- Good knowledge of painting materials, mixing ratios, and finishing techniques.
- Ability to work independently and meet quality expectations.
- Physically fit and able to work in workshop or site environments.
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output.
