Job Responsibilities
- Prepare wooden surfaces for painting, staining, and polishing.
- Apply paint, lacquer, PU, NC, and other finishes using spray equipment.
- Mix paints and finishing materials according to specifications.
- Ensure high-quality finishing on furniture, doors, cabinets, and other joinery products.
- Inspect finished products and perform touch-ups when required.
- Maintain spray guns, compressors, and painting equipment.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean working area.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Spray Painter in a joinery or furniture factory.
- Knowledge of wood finishing systems, including PU, Melamine, and NC finishes.
- Ability to match colors and achieve high-quality surface finishes.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines.
