Overview
- **Equipment Mastery:** Deep understanding of setup, pressure settings, and nozzle sizes for **HVLP** (High Volume Low Pressure), **air-assisted**, and **airless sprayers**
- **Surface Prep & Materials:** Knowing how to clean, sand, and prime various substrates (wood, metal, plastic) for maximum paint adhesion and rust prevention.
- **Coating Chemistry:** Understanding the mixing ratios, viscosity, and curing cycles of **2-pack (2K) paints**, enamels, and water-based coatings
- **Safety Protocols:** Knowing how to read **Safety Data Sheets (SDS)** and using **PPE** (respirators, air-fed masks, and protective clothing)
- **Endurance & Stamina:** The ability to stand, bend, and hold the spray gun steady for long periods of time.
- **Manual Dexterity:** Fine motor skills and steady hands to prevent runs, sags, or uneven overlapping.
- **Hand-Eye Coordination:** The ability to track consistent gun movement in straight lines, ensuring uniform coverage.
- **Minimum Experience:** 8-9 Years (Proven experience using airless spray guns, HVLP equipment, and various manual paint tools)
