- Coordinate daily site activities and monitor work progress against the approved project schedule.
- Act as the primary communication link between the site team, project management, clients, and subcontractors.
- Follow up on manpower allocation, equipment mobilization, and material availability to support project execution.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Coordinate site inspections, meetings, and client visits.
- Track and follow up on material deliveries, approvals, permits, and site access requirements.
- Maintain project documentation, records, correspondence, and site reports.
- Assist in resolving site issues and escalate critical matters to project management.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, company procedures, and client requirements.
- Support planning and procurement teams by providing accurate site progress information.
- Monitor site attendance and workforce productivity.
- Coordinate with QA/QC and HSE teams to ensure compliance with quality and safety requirements.
- Participate in project coordination meetings and prepare meeting minutes when required.
- ***Qualifications***
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Oil & Gas, EPC, industrial, or construction projects.
- Strong understanding of site operations and project coordination activities.
- Experience in dealing with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with project management and reporting tools is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
