Responsibilities
- Prepare and spray paint MDF, wood, metal, and exhibition stand components.
- Perform sanding, filling, priming, painting, and finishing work.
- Ensure smooth, even, high-quality finishes.
- Mix and match paint colors to project requirements.
- Carry out touch-ups and corrective painting when required.
- Maintain spray guns, tools, and workshop equipment.
- Follow safety procedures when handling paints and chemicals.
- Coordinate with production to meet project deadlines.
- Assist with on-site painting and touch-ups during exhibition setup.
Requirements
- Previous spray-painter experience is required; experience in exhibition, fit-out, furniture, or signage production is preferred.
- Good knowledge of spray-painting techniques and surface preparation.
- Attention to detail and good finishing skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Willingness to work overtime and during exhibition build-up when required.
