Overview
We're hiring a Sponsorship Sales Manager to join us in Dubai.
At Events First Group, we run high-level B2B conferences and executive roundtables across the Middle East and Africa.
Our rooms are filled with global technology vendors and the senior decision-makers they want to be in front of.
Our job is to make those conversations happen, and sponsorship is at the heart of it.
This role is for someone who genuinely enjoys the chase.
You'll own your pipeline, run your own deals end-to-end, and have real conversations with marketing leaders, partnership teams, and regional executives at some of the biggest tech companies in the world.
It's a target-driven seat.

What you'll actually be doing day-to-day?
Selling sponsorship packages across our conferences and roundtables.
Building outbound pipeline from scratch and keeping it healthy.
Getting on calls with marketing, partnerships, and regional leaders and turning those calls into deals.
Running disciplined follow-ups (the boring part that separates good salespeople from average ones).
Managing multiple opportunities across different events and markets at the same time.
Working inside our sales processes, KPIs, and reporting so the whole team can see what's working.
Who we think will do well in this role?
1–3+ years experience in B2B sales (conference/event sponsorship sales is a must)
Strong ability (or clear potential) to build pipeline and close deals
Outbound mindset with discipline in follow-ups and consistency
Comfortable working across Middle East & Africa markets
Structured, target-driven, and accountable.

We're looking for someone who can lift conversion quality on calls, not just book more of them.
Someone who takes a deal from first email all the way to signed contract without needing to be chased.
