Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Speech-Language Pathologist located in Riyadh.
The Speech-Language Pathologist will evaluate, diagnose, and treat individuals with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
Responsibilities
include developing tailored treatment plans, conducting therapy sessions, documenting patient progress, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and providing education and support to families and caregivers to ensure successful outcomes.
The role also involves staying updated on the latest research and methods in speech-language pathology to deliver evidence-based care.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Speech Therapy, including evaluation and therapeutic techniques
- Proficiency in addressing Speech and Language Disorders with individualized plans
- Skills in diagnosing and managing Dysphagia
- In-depth understanding of Communication and Language Disorders
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Ability to develop tailored treatment plans and document patient progress clearly and accurately
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, or a related field
- Licensure or certification for Speech-Language Pathology, as required by local or regional regulatory bodies
- Experience working in a clinical or rehabilitation setting is a plus
- Fluency in both English and Arabic is highly desirable
