We are looking for a passionate and qualified Speech Language Pathologist to join our team and make a meaningful impact by supporting individuals with speech, language, and communication challenges.
Role Overview
The selected candidate will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders.
This includes addressing speech and language delays through personalized therapy plans, while working closely with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Collaborate with families and other professionals
- Maintain accurate records and reports of cases
Qualifications & Requirement
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid professional certification and licensing
- 3–5 years of relevant experience
- Strong expertise in speech therapy and speech development
- Proven experience in diagnosing and treating communication and language disorders
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
