Speech Language Pathologist

Evaluates and treats speech-language disorders/disabilities for children and adults, provide appropriate recommendations for treatment and prepares complete and timely reports and documentation.

Evaluates Speech, Language and Swallowing disorders/disabilities

Provide therapy for targeted disabilities

Maintains acceptable patient care productivity

Completes thorough diagnostic reports and documents daily progress

Counsels and educates patient/family

Communicates with other essential medical personnel

● Bachelor’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field

● Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Doctoral Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field

Minimum Years of Experience (Amount, Type and Variation) :

1-3 years in a healthcare setting; dysphagia experience; may consider CFY candidate.

NJ Dept of Consumer Affairs Licensure Speech-Language Pathology (or eligible for).

Computer proficiency, good communication skills
