Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for a Specification Manager.
The Specification Manager will be responsible for fostering key relationships with architects, designers, and industry professionals to promote and specify company products.
Responsibilities
include preparing technical presentations, providing product recommendations, staying updated on market trends, and ensuring alignment with company goals.
The role also involves coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to drive projects toward successful completion.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge in product specifications, technical presentations, and material recommendations
- Relationship-building skills with architects, designers, and industry professionals
- Market research and trend analysis expertise
- Project coordination, stakeholder management, and organizational abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in design software and tools is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Design, Engineering, or a related field
- Previous experience in the building materials or construction industry is preferred
