- The ideal candidate will specialize in preparing high-quality doner and kebab dishes using traditional methods and authentic ingredients.
- You will be responsible for marinating, grilling, slicing, and presenting kebabs to perfection while ensuring food safety and maintaining a clean work environment.
- What you will be doing:
- Prepare, season, and cook various types of kebabs, including doner, shish, adana, and kofta.
- Operate and manage vertical rotisserie grills (doner machines) and open grills/skewers.
- Ensure meat is properly marinated using authentic recipes and spice blends.
- Slice doner meat with precision during service to maintain speed and quality.
- Prepare accompaniments such as salads, sauces, flatbreads, and sides.
- Monitor food portions and presentation for consistency and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and equipment.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP or equivalent).
- Manage inventory levels and communicate ordering needs to kitchen management.
- Work effectively in a team, supporting kitchen staff during peak hours.
