Overview
We are seeking a qualified and experienced
Specialist Radiologist
to join a leading healthcare facility in Dubai.
The Specialist Radiologist will be responsible for interpreting diagnostic imaging studies, providing accurate reports, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring high standards of patient care in compliance with UAE healthcare regulations and international best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform and interpret a wide range of diagnostic imaging procedures including:
- X-rays
- Ultrasound
- CT scans
- MRI scans
- Mammography
- Fluoroscopy
- Doppler studies
- Analyze imaging results and provide timely, accurate diagnostic reports.
- Collaborate with referring physicians and specialists to support diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Conduct image-guided procedures where applicable.
- Ensure radiation safety standards and imaging protocols are strictly followed.
- Supervise radiology technicians and support staff to maintain quality imaging services.
- Maintain proper documentation and patient medical records in accordance with DHA regulations.
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, audits, and clinical discussions.
- Stay updated with advancements in radiology techniques, technologies, and best practices.
- Ensure patient confidentiality and ethical medical practice at all times.
Qualifications
- Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent) recognized by UAE authorities.
- Postgraduate qualification in Radiology such as:
- MD Radiology
- DNB Radiology
- FRCR
- Equivalent recognized specialization
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant post-specialization experience preferred.
- Expertise in interpreting multiple imaging modalities.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in RIS/PACS systems and electronic medical records.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in interventional radiology is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced multicultural healthcare environment.
- Strong analytical and diagnostic abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and clinical judgment.

- Full-time position
- Rotational shifts and on-call duties may be required.
