Specialist Psychiatrist Bilingual (Arabic & English) to provide expertise in Inpatient setup.

Performs assessment and management of patients with an evidence-based approach, according to standards of care, and in compliance with Fakeeh Care bylaws, policies and procedures.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

Strong experience in psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, crisis intervention, treatment planning, and multidisciplinary patient care

Patient-centered approach with a commitment to quality and clinical excellence

Performs clinical duties as per his / her assigned clinical privileges.

Strong experience in psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, crisis intervention, treatment planning, and multidisciplinary patient care.

Assesses patients thoroughly (eg. clinical, socioeconomic, psychological and functional assessments) and documents patients' assessment in patients' medical records.

Ensures that patients’ plan of care is being implemented in a timely manner.

Ensures documentation of daily assessment and plan of care in daily progress notes

MBBS with MD/DNB or equivalent in Psychiatry

Minimum 5 years' post-specialization experience in busy Hospital Setup

Proven expertise in Inpatient Psychiatry within a reputed UAE hospital

Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills

Arabic communication speaking are essential
