Job purpose
Project-manage tender and proposal submissions and ensure business onboarding and compliance with customer requirements.
Responsibilities
- Manage tender lifecycles from registration to final decision, ensuring compliant and timely RFQ responses.
- Develop tender pricing and value propositions with stakeholders; coordinate cross-functional inputs, reviews, kick-offs, ownership, and milestones.
- Build a tender library of forms, certificates, and value propositions; assess and present legal, operational, commercial, and financial risks.
- Prepare and review tender forms and statutory documents and check customer compliance and registrations.
- Coordinate contract pricing in line with approved guidelines.
- Analyze pricing and market conditions; monitor financial and sales indicators to identify improvement opportunities.
- Negotiate freight terms and pricing with carriers, identify market and customer trends, and maintain an internal price repository.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- At least 5–7 years of experience in pricing, tender management, or sales roles within the logistics industry.
