Specialist Physician – Rehabilitation \| Government Healthcare Opportunity \| Al Dhafra Region, UAEIntroduction

We are currently sourcing on behalf of our prestigious Government Healthcare Client in the Al Dhafra Region, Abu Dhabi, UAE, for an experienced and highly motivated Specialist Physician – Rehabilitation.

This is an exceptional opportunity to join one of the UAE's leading government healthcare providers, delivering high-quality rehabilitation services within a patient-centered and multidisciplinary environment.

We are seeking a dedicated specialist who is passionate about restoring function, improving quality of life, and helping patients achieve their highest level of independence.

& Responsibilities

  • Assess, diagnose, and manage patients requiring rehabilitation services.
  • Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation treatment plans.
  • Coordinate patient care with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Monitor treatment outcomes and modify rehabilitation plans as required.
  • Provide specialist consultations and recommendations for complex rehabilitation cases.
  • Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
  • Participate in departmental quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits.
  • Educate patients and their families regarding rehabilitation goals, treatment plans, and expected outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, policies, and clinical standards.
  • Contribute to the continuous development of rehabilitation services within the organization.

Qualifications

  • MBBS or equivalent Medical Degree from a recognized institution.
  • Postgraduate Qualification / Board Certification in Rehabilitation Medicine.
  • DOH License, Eligibility Letter, or eligibility to obtain licensure in Abu Dhabi.
  • Relevant specialist-level clinical experience in Rehabilitation Medicine.
  • Strong commitment to clinical excellence, patient care, and professional ethics.
