Position Overview

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct laboratory synthesis, adhesive formulation, and testing activities for assigned projects.
• Manage formulation projects across multiple technologies and business units while meeting project objectives and timelines.
• Maintain experimental records, formulation databases, technical documentation, and project reports.
• Perform risk assessment and mitigation planning to support customer-focused delivery.
• Collaborate with global teams, customers, and stakeholders to achieve project milestones.
• Support troubleshooting, root cause analysis, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
• Use digital tools and data-driven methods to improve execution, productivity, and knowledge management.
• Prepare audit and regulatory documentation, identify CAPEX needs, and support laboratory equipment commissioning.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, Materials Science, or a related discipline.
• At least two years of industrial experience in adhesive formulation and product development.
• Strong expertise in formulation development, experimental design, data analysis, and problem-solving.
• Ability to independently manage projects through the full project lifecycle.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, technical report writing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Evidence of innovation through commercial success, patents, or peer-reviewed publications.
