We are currently seeking a Specialist Oral and Dental Surgeon to join a leading private healthcare facility dedicated to delivering exceptional patient-centered dental care.
Position Summary
- The Specialist Oral and Dental Surgeon will provide advanced surgical expertise in diagnosing and treating complex oral and maxillofacial conditions within the private healthcare sector.
- This role demands excellence in clinical skills, a patient-focused approach, and the ability to work seamlessly within multidisciplinary teams.
- Key Responsibilities* Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized surgical treatment plans.
- Carry out advanced oral surgical procedures including dental implants, wisdom tooth removal, corrective jaw surgeries, and pathology management.
- Ensure effective postoperative care and follow-up to optimize patient recovery and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with a team of dental specialists and healthcare providers to ensure holistic patient management.
- Maintain compliance with health regulations and standards prevalent in the private healthcare environment.
- Stay abreast of innovations and advancements in oral and maxillofacial surgery.
Requirements
- Qualification: Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) with specialization in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
- Valid licensure and board certification to practice in the private healthcare sector.
- Proven experience in performing complex oral and dental surgical procedures within a private healthcare setting.
- Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the capacity to communicate effectively with patients and multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to manage workload efficiently in a fast-paced private healthcare environment.
