SearchPlus HR is Looking for the Physiotherapist for Leading Health Care Sector.
Assesses, diagnoses, and treats patients with physical injuries, disabilities, movement disorders, and pain conditions.
The role involves developing individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, restore function, prevent further injury, and enhance patients' overall quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients' physical condition, mobility, strength, and range of motion.
- Diagnose movement dysfunctions and physical impairments.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment and rehabilitation plans.
- Use therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, electrotherapy, and other physiotherapy techniques.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as required.
- Educate patients and caregivers on injury prevention, posture, ergonomics, and home exercise programs.
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and ethical guidelines.
- Participate in continuing professional development and training activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.
- Valid professional license/registration as required by the relevant healthcare authority.

- Excellent knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and rehabilitation techniques.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
