Overview
Support the development and execution of operational readiness plans across different project phases.
Conduct operational assessments to evaluate preparedness and identify areas for improvement.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational alignment and readiness.
Assist in the development and delivery of training and communication materials for operational teams.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) relating to operational readiness and provide reports as needed.
Identify process gaps and assist in developing solutions to enhance operational workflows.
Participate in meetings and workshops to track progress and share updates regarding readiness status.
