Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a Specialist - Operational Readiness to join our team and support the operational preparation of world-class entertainment, sports, and cultural projects.
In this role, you will collaborate with multiple departments to ensure that all operational aspects are ready and aligned for the successful launch and sustainable operation of our facilities.
You will be involved in assessing operational readiness, identifying gaps, facilitating training programs, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of operational readiness plans across different project phases.
- Conduct operational assessments to evaluate preparedness and identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational alignment and readiness.
- Assist in the development and delivery of training and communication materials for operational teams.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) relating to operational readiness and provide reports as needed.
- Identify process gaps and assist in developing solutions to enhance operational workflows.
- Participate in meetings and workshops to track progress and share updates regarding readiness status.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in operational readiness, project coordination, or operations support.
- Good analytical skills with ability to assess processes and recommend improvements.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with project management tools.
- Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in entertainment, hospitality, or related industries is advantageous.
