Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and present traditional Saudi dishes with high quality.
- Adhere to hygiene and food safety standards.
- Ability to work under pressure and in events and banquets.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure prompt and quality service.
Requirements
- Experience of no less than 3 years in preparing traditional Saudi dishes (such as Kabsa, Jareesh, Qursan, Mandi, etc.).
- Thorough knowledge of traditional ingredients and recipes.
- Adherence and discipline in working hours.
- Ability to innovate and develop the menu.
