Join Trusta Medical Center – Dubai

Trusta Medical Center is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Plastic Surgeon to join our growing team.

We are looking for a skilled surgeon with a strong clinical and aesthetic background, excellent patient communication skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding results and patient care.

Requirements

  • Valid DHA License as Plastic Surgeon
  • Board Certification / Specialist Degree in Plastic Surgery
  • Recognized Plastic Surgery Diploma or equivalent specialist qualification
  • Previous work experience in Dubai is preferred
  • Proven track record of high-quality surgical and aesthetic outcomes
  • Strong consultation and patient communication skills
  • Ability to develop personalized treatment plans and build long-term patient relationships
  • Professional appearance and excellent bedside manner
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
  • Additional languages are considered a strong advantage
  • Strong reputation for patient satisfaction and ethical medical practice

Responsibilities

  • Conduct plastic surgery and aesthetic consultations
  • Perform surgical and non-surgical aesthetic procedures within licensed privileges
  • Assess patients and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Educate patients regarding procedures, risks, benefits, and expected outcomes
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals
  • Maintain the highest standards of patient safety and clinical excellence
  • Contribute to the growth and reputation of the medical center
