Licensed Massage Therapist / Massage Therapy Specialist – Trusta Medical Center, Dubai

Dubai, UAEEmployment Type: Full-Time

Trusta Medical Center is seeking an experienced and professional Licensed Massage Therapist to join our growing wellness and aesthetic team.

Requirements

  • Valid DHA License or DHA Eligibility Letter as a Massage Therapist.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional massage therapy experience.
  • Strong knowledge of therapeutic, relaxation, deep tissue, lymphatic drainage, and wellness massage techniques.
  • Experience working in medical, wellness, luxury spa, or aesthetic clinic settings is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and patient care skills.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Fluent English is required; Arabic, Russian, or additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Assess clients’ needs and recommend appropriate massage treatments.
  • Perform high-quality therapeutic and wellness massage sessions.
  • Support post-procedure and recovery treatments when required.
  • Maintain accurate treatment records and patient confidentiality.
  • Ensure treatment rooms are clean, organized, and prepared to the highest standards.
  • Educate clients on wellness, recovery, and treatment benefits.
  • Deliver an exceptional patient experience with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
