Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Manage iOS and Android devices through Intune, including provisioning, enrollment, configuration, and application deployment.
• Enforce device security policies covering compliance, Conditional Access, encryption, and remote wipe.
• Administer Teams Phone services, including numbers, call routing, policies, and licensing.
• Support Teams-certified endpoints, paging and intercom systems, Teams Rooms, and audio/visual infrastructure.
• Maintain reliable meeting rooms through monitoring, maintenance, and issue resolution.
• Partner with facilities and stakeholders on room standards, upgrades, and deployments.
• Track end-user and audio/visual assets and manage procurement, tagging, assignment, movement, and retirement.
• Oversee managed print services, vendors, service performance, and cost control.
• Provide Tier 2/3 escalation support and lead root cause analysis for recurring issues.
• Maintain technical documentation, support standards, and knowledge base content.

Do You Qualify

• Completed degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Two to five years of related work experience.
• Microsoft Intune or Endpoint Manager experience, including mobile device management and application deployment.
• Experience with iOS and Android enterprise device management and mobile security policies.
• Experience with Microsoft Teams Phone, Teams Rooms, audio/visual technologies, and collaboration devices.
• Experience with asset management systems and lifecycle tracking.
• Experience with vendor coordination, service management, and managed print environments.
• Basic networking and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with Enghouse or a similar Attendant Console and Contact Center.
• Microsoft 365 Endpoint Administrator Associate certification or ITIL Foundation training is an asset.

Compensation and Benefits

• The posted base salary range is $71,600 to $107,400.
