- Collaborate with students, parents, and staff to develop, monitor, and implement IEPs
- Implement behavioral strategies and support students using approved interventions

- Invest in your education and career growth: Up to $5,250/year in tuition reimbursement, plus upfront support for BCBA, RBT, BCABA, and Special Education credentials, including free BCBA supervision and university partner discounts

- Opportunities across 16 Ohio locations: Explore different roles, settings, and advancement paths within a broad network of schools and programs, not just a single school
- Pay with performance recognition: Annual merit-based increases designed to reward your performance, separate from market adjustments
- Plan for your future: 401(k) with a 4% company match and immediate vesting, no waiting period
- Comprehensive health and wellness support: Medical, dental, and vision insurance, plus wellness perks like gym discounts, mindfulness apps, and prescription savings.
- Support when you need it most: Free Employee Assistance Program with confidential counseling, life coaching, and mental health resources
- Additional financial protection: Company-paid life insurance, disability coverage, and Health Savings Account (HSA) contributions
