Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Purchaser / Procurement Executive for Automobile Spare Parts to manage sourcing, purchasing, and supplier coordination for automotive spare parts.
The ideal candidate should have strong market knowledge, negotiation skills, and experience in handling local and international procurement.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and purchase automobile spare parts from local and international suppliers
- Compare prices, quality, and delivery terms to achieve cost-effective purchasing
- Maintain proper stock levels and coordinate with inventory and sales teams
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Process purchase orders and track shipments and deliveries
- Ensure timely availability of fast-moving and critical spare parts
- Maintain procurement records, invoices, and documentation
- Monitor market trends and identify new suppliers and products
Requirements
- Previous experience in automobile spare parts procurement/purchasing
- Strong knowledge of automotive spare parts and brands
- Good negotiation and communication skills
- Experience with ERP/software systems is an advantage
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- GCC/UAE market experience preferred
- Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per hour
