Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Spa Therapist to provide professional spa treatments and exceptional guest service.
The candidate must have previous hotel or resort spa experience and a passion for wellness and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform spa treatments, massages, and body therapies according to hotel standards.
- Ensure guest comfort and satisfaction throughout treatments.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms and equipment.
- Prepare treatment rooms and spa materials before appointments.
- Recommend suitable spa treatments and products to guests.
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Maintain accurate treatment records and appointment schedules.
- Assist in promoting spa services and special offers.
- Handle guest inquiries professionally and courteously.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Spa Therapist in a hotel or resort.
- Hotel experience is mandatory.
- Relevant spa therapy or massage certification preferred.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
