Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced IT Supervisor to oversee and maintain the hotel's IT infrastructure, systems, and network operations.
The candidate must have previous hotel experience and be capable of providing technical support to all departments while ensuring uninterrupted hotel operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and monitor hotel IT systems, networks, servers, and internet connectivity.
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, printers, and user accounts.
- Ensure smooth operation of PMS, POS, CCTV, telephone, and other hotel systems.
- Perform regular system backups and security updates.
- Troubleshoot network and system issues promptly.
- Coordinate with external vendors for maintenance and support services.
- Maintain IT inventory and asset records.
- Ensure data security and compliance with hotel policies.
- Support new system installations and upgrades.
- Prepare IT reports and documentation as required.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a hotel IT environment.
- Hotel experience is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of networking, hardware, software, and hotel systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work flexible hours when required.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Well-organized and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
