What You'll Do
- You will take pride in delivering exceptional, refined experiences to our guests, consistently exceeding expectations in a luxury setting:
- You demonstrate advanced expertise across a range of body treatments, including deep tissue and lymphatic drainage, ensuring each guest receives a personalized, results-driven experience of the highest standard.
- You are highly skilled in premium facial treatments and confident in operating advanced aesthetic and wellness technologies for both face and body.
- You bring proven experience within luxury spa environments, with a deep understanding of five-star service rituals and attention to detail.
- You embody and bring to life our core values, contributing to an elevated and memorable guest journey.
- You are well-versed in the standards, etiquette, and expectations of the luxury hospitality and wellness industry.

- You hold recognized spa therapy certifications, with strong knowledge of anatomy and advanced treatment techniques essential for high-performance results.
- You possess a natural talent for beauty and makeup application, capable of creating both elegant natural looks and more sophisticated, tailored finishes.
- You are an excellent communicator with a polished, client-centric approach, ensuring a seamless and personalized guest experience.
- English is the primary language used within the hotel, and you communicate with confidence and professionalism. Fluency in French is mandatory for this role.
