Responsibilities
- Support the Manager or Director in operating the health club, fitness center, spa, or salon.
- Train, schedule, and supervise team members across fitness, spa, and guest service roles.
- Provide hands-on staff support as needed to maintain service continuity and quality.
- Assist with marketing, merchandising, programming, inventory management, and financial performance tracking.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness regulations.

- Ability to supervise health club operations, including fitness center, spa, or salon services.
