Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; friendly, professional, and guest-oriented.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Previous customer service or front office experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Support the Spa & Wellness team's spa reception activities.
Gain exposure to guest relations and appointment scheduling.
Gain exposure to spa operations.
