Assistant Manager - Learning & Development

Park Hyatt Doha is seeking a passionate and dynamic Assistant Manager - Learning & Development to support the development, implementation, and evaluation of training initiatives that enhance colleague performance, engagement, and career growth.

The role is responsible for coordinating learning programs, facilitating training sessions, ensuring compliance training completion, supporting talent development initiatives, and fostering a culture of continuous learning in line with Hyatt's values and standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, Human Resources, or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Experience in designing, coordinating, and delivering training programs.
• Knowledge of talent development, performance management, and employee engagement practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and learning management systems.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to influence, coach, and build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Previous experience with Hyatt brand standards and training programs will be an advantage.
