Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; a friendly, professional, and guest-oriented personality.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Previous customer service or front office experience is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Support guest relations as part of the Spa & Wellness team.
- Assist with appointment scheduling and spa operations.
