What You Will Do
- Assist with spa software bookings to maximize guest satisfaction.
- Cover fitness reception and ensure that reception collaterals are available.
- Communicate proactively and support other departments at the resort and other Four Seasons properties.
- Promote products, treatments, packages, membership offers, and current promotions.
