Spa Receptionist

Role purpose

What you will do

• Assist with spa software bookings to maximize guest satisfaction.
• Cover fitness reception and ensure all collateral is available.
• Communicate proactively and support other resort departments and Four Seasons properties.
• Promote products, treatments, packages, membership offers, and current promotions.
