The Spa Manager at Life in Balance Spa, Miraval The Red Sea, oversees daily operations and guest wellness experiences.

Spa operations and guest experience
- Ensure services are high quality and consistent and the spa environment is clean, relaxing, and welcoming.
- Lead staff in delivering professional, mindful service; monitor guest satisfaction and use feedback to improve offerings.
- Build guest relationships, provide personalized consultations and wellness recommendations, and guide guests through their spa journeys.
Team leadership and programs
- Manage schedules, performance reviews, and training; mentor and motivate staff and foster professional growth.
- Develop and implement spa programs, retreats, treatments, and seasonal experiences with wellness leadership.
- Integrate spa programs with fitness, yoga, and other resort wellness activities and incorporate relevant trends.
Operations and collaboration
- Manage budgets, inventory, supply ordering, equipment, and facilities; monitor revenue, metrics, targets, guest surveys, and KPIs.
- Ensure safety and regulatory compliance and protect guest records and privacy.
- Collaborate with resort departments and marketing, and report operations, feedback, and initiatives to wellness leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in spa management, wellness management, health and wellness, or a related field.
- At least three years of spa management or leadership experience in a luxury wellness resort or destination spa.
- Extensive experience in large spa operations, guest relations, and wellness program development in a high-end setting.
- Advanced certification in spa therapies or mindfulness-based wellness practices.
- Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and team-development skills; proficiency with digital scheduling, program management, and guest-tracking tools.
