• Demonstrate strong

• Manage staff schedules, performance, and ongoing training
• Ensure smooth operation by being
• hands-on
• and stepping in when required
• Monitor guest feedback and continuously improve service standards
• Coordinate with other departments to deliver a seamless luxury experience
• Manage inventory, stock control, and supplier coordination

Requirements

• Proven experience as a

Spa Manager or Assistant Spa Manager

• in a
• luxury hotel or high-end spa
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and guest service abilities
• In-depth knowledge of
• spa treatments, products, and wellness trends
• Flexible, proactive, and detail-oriented approach
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-standard environment

Role Details

• Location: Riyadh (with occasional travel)
• 5 days per week \| 8 hours per day
• Paid overtime
• 1-year renewable contract
