Role overview

Spa operations and guest support

• Assist across spa reception, salon and barber reception, retail, boutique, consultation lounge, spa suites, thermal and changing facilities, tea lounges, fitness, and wellness areas.
• Keep changing rooms, toilets, showers, relaxation and fitness areas, spa suites, and pool clean, tidy, and sanitary under Safe, Sound and Sustainability standards.
• Help therapists prepare for treatments and clear away afterward; keep lockers stocked with clean linen and remove soiled linen.
• Schedule appointments to use time effectively and support profitability while prioritizing guest needs.
• Assist spa and hotel colleagues and perform opening and closing duties.
• Understand Spa Soft, spa treatments and services, and retail products; follow telephone etiquette and maintain a professional manner.

Requirements and experience

• At least one year of experience in a service environment is required.
• Senior School qualification or equivalent is required.
• Good knowledge of computer systems is required.
• Hotel school graduation is preferred; five-star hotel and Middle East experience are advantageous.
