Bordomavi is looking for an experienced Sous Chef specializing in Mediterranean cuisine to join our kitchen team in Jumeirah.
**Responsibilities**
- Handle a designated kitchen section independently
- Prepare and present Mediterranean dishes as per standards
- Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation
- Supervise Commis Chefs and support the kitchen team
- Follow hygiene, food safety, and HACCP standards
- Assist with stock control and reduce food wastage
**Requirements**
- experience as Sous in Mediterranean cuisine
- Good knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with good communication skills
