With the global growth of our brands, you will be an integral part of the Resort’s success and your role goes beyond developing potential relationships with our guests and colleagues.

Where you will be responsible in providing a smooth run of the kitchen operations.

Additionally, ensuring continuous quality and consistent standards of One&Only dining experience.

Suitable candidate will be reporting directly to the Chef de Cuisine and should have at least 2–3 years’ experience in a similar position in luxury resorts or five-star hotels.

He/she must have strong and extensive experience in Levantine cuisine, with solid knowledge of traditional and contemporary Middle Eastern dishes, menu development, and high-quality presentation standards.

Innovation, creativity, dynamism, passion, flexibility, and good people skills are required for this role.

Excellent spoken and written English will be required.
